Travel update – Swine Flu
Dear client,
Regarding the Swine Flu Alert in Mexico, there has not been an official communication from any of the different Hotel Associations of Mexico nor from the Tourist Board and other Government Agencies both National and Regional regarding the waiver of such penalties for reservations with arrival within the period of the Swine Flu Alert.
However, Chase Travel is closely monitoring the outbreak of Swine Flu Alert in Mexico and trying to find the best solution for you.
Alternative destinations such as Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica, Brazil or Lesser Antilles could be offered whenever possible and upon availability.
The majority of cancellations submitted up to date have been responded to. Please liaise with our customer care department should you have any queries in relation to reservation requests to be cancelled or rebooked for an alternative date or location.
